Police are confirming that they have tracked down Dutch sailor Laura Dekker,14, in the Caribbean territory of St. Maarten. Dekker was reported missing Friday. In October, a Dutch court refused to let her embark on a single-handed circumnavigation of the world in her boat, Guppy. Dutch police say the boat is still moored at its usual berth.
